She was predeceased by: her father Ludger Victor; her brother Edward G. Bouchard; and her nephew Brian Bouchard. She is survived by: her mother Annie Mable Bouchard (Trot); her husband Jeffrey A. Neal; her siblings, Richard W. Bouchard (Eileen) of Livonia, Sharon A. Picard of Bradley and Beverly L. Montgomery (John); and her sister-in-law Heidi Bouchard of Clinton, Maryland.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, students, colleagues and friends.
