It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Cyr of Millinocket, Maine, who passed away on October 20, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Ken Cyr; her daughter Patricia Oakes (Cyr); her son-in-law Larry Oakes; and her siblings, William, Roger (Ormond Guilow), Kenneth, Robert Gerald "Gene" Morrison (Walter Morrison Jr.), Delphine Lapointe and Barbara Guiggy (Beatrice Rideout Montgomery).
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Barnes of Millinocket and Teresa Eaton of Benton; her grandchildren, Aaron Oakes (Tammy), Louise Oakes-Fortin (Coleman), Anthony Barnes, Justin Rogan and Marie Barnes; her great grandchildren, Joshua Landry, Allessa Ingraham-Albert, Breanne Oakes, Owen, Emily, Dillion Barnes, Brooklyn and Kennedy Fortin; and her great great grandchild Aura Dawn Landry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends and other beloved relatives.
