He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. and Belle E. Page, Jr. (Lord); and his siblings, Bonnie Page and Billy Rhodes. He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie Lee Page. He is also survived by three sisters; two brothers; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
