He is survived by: his wife Lynn M. Rush (Hartley); his daughter Jennifer J. Rush; his grandson Shane; his daughter Amber L. Rush; his grandchild Adelyn; his brother Gary J. Rush (Janet Brown); his stepmother Louise Rush; his father-in-law James W. Hartley, Sr.; his brothers-in-law, James W. Hartley, Jr. (Holly) and Philip A. Hartley (Ann); and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
