He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace M. Higgins and Hattie Higgins (Hanson); his wife Geneva Higgins (Saucier); and his sisters, Madeleine Colvin and Winnifred Cormier.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Higgins, David Higgins, Harold Higgins, Jr. (Jaynie) and Mary Beth Tabor (Paul); and his brother Ralph Higgins. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
