It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geneva Higgins (Millinocket, Maine), born in Howland, Maine, who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Victor Saucier and Hedwidge Saucier (Dumas); her husband Harold Higgins of Millinocket; and her children, Stephen Higgins, David Higgins, Harold Higgins, Jr. (Jaynie) and Mary Beth Tabor (Paul). She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
