He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Nice and Esther F. Nice (Eaton); his wife Bernadette Nice (Pelletier); and his brother Wayne Nice. He is survived by: his children, David Nice (Julie) and Laurie Dubail (Nice); his grandchildren, Leah Malcolm (Josh Deakin), Jessica McCandless (Wesley), Gary Malcolm and Mackenzie Nice; his great grandchildren, Blake Deakin, Wyatt McCandless, Grant Deakin, Mia and Abigail; his siblings, Gene Nice and Philippa Morrison (Daniel); and his close friend Linda Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
