He is survived by: his parents, Albert Carter and Ethelyn Mae Carter (Morris); his siblings, Mary Griffin of Presque Isle and Paul Carter (Maryann) of Millinocket; his stepchildren, Wayne Jewell (Karen) and Nadine Corey; his stepgrandchildren, Megan, Daniel, Jason, Monica Jewell and Ronald Corey; and his brother-in-law Warren S. Meyer (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
