He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Pelkey and Annabelle Pelkey (Appleby); his wife Linda Pelkey (Hardy); his son-in-law Corey Manzo; and his brother Kenneth Pelkey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Manzo, Kendra Pelkey and Rachael Whitney (Scott); his grandchildren, Clayton Manzo, Melissa Manzo, Zachary Manzo, Ava Pelkey, Lucas Pelkey, Riley Whitney and Devin Whitney; and his siblings, Yvonne Jarrard, Dotti Pelletier (Darrell) and Dennis Pelkey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
