He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartley Brown and Madeline May Brown (Ballard); and his wife Phyllis Jane Brown. He is survived by: his child Charles D. Brown of East Millinocket; his grandsons, Kyle J. Brown of Corinth and Trent S. Brown of Bangor; and his great grandchild Alissa Brown.
