He is survived by: his brothers, Carroll, Dana of Springfield, Avon (Kathy) of Walkertown and Dale of Dixmont; his nieces, Lauralee Stevens of Bangor, Barbara Stevens of New Britton, CT, Vickie (Douglas Thompson), Deborah Stevens of Wallingford, CT, Shannon Randall of Dixmont, ME and Jessica Hopkins of Walkertown, NC; and his nephew Stephen Hopkins (Heather) of Walkertown, NC.
