He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel M. Perry (Curren) and James R. Perry, Sr.; his wife Shirley Perry (Morton); his children, James Perry (Cindy), Byron "Barney" Perry, Jr. (Cheryl) and Tanya Perry; his grandson Wesley Perry (Annie); his great grandchildren, Tyler and Felicity; his grandsons, Derrick Perry (Kyia) and Jordan Perry (Nicole); his great grandchild Oaklyn; his sisters-in-law, Barbara "Bobbi" Evers and Ella Keadle; and his friend Debbie Kranich. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and their children.
