She is survived by: her parents, Ivan Cecil Ames and Frances Bartlett Ames; her children, Gaile Ames Nicholson, James Edward Nicholson and Jane Bartlett Arsenault (Paul); her grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan Arsenault (Deanna), Cortney (John), Steven Nicholson and Anthony Dickinson; her great grandchildren, Katherine "Kate", Nicholas "Nick" Klemperer, EmmaLyn and Parker Nicholson; her sister Sarah Lombard; and her sister-in-law Jean Nicholson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
