We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2020, at the age of 88, Anne L. Welch of Millinocket, Maine, born in Quincy, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former spouse Harley O. Benjamin; her parents, E. Leo Frazier and Mary Kelly Frazier; her siblings, Edward L. Frazier of Sarasota, Florida. and Marguerite Stanley of Springvale, Maine; her children, Dara Benjamin, Lynn Ann Kittfield, Laura Benjamin and Kathryn Russell; her grandsons, Sean Benjamin and John Philip Benjamin (JP); her friends, Sharyn Lipski of Steuben, Stuart Hardy and Wanda Carlisle of Strong; and her husband Harold Welch. She was also cherished by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
