He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Twombly and Beulah Twombly (Nickerson). He is survived by: his wife Jo-Anne M. Babineau of Lincoln; and his children, Mark (Lynne) of Garland, Diane (Mohammad) and Betsy (Todd) of So. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
