She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Thomas Sebastiao; her mother Janet Guidi (Coscia) of Milford; her daughters, Kristy Lavine (Eric) and Brooke Earl (Kevin); her granddaughter Kendall Earl; her stepgranddaughter Madison Lavine of Milford; her stepsister Linda Serra (Guidi) of Mendon; her sister Doreen Savard; and her stepson Joe Guidi of Milford. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box #417005, Boston, MA 0224, or donations be made to support the Cardiac Care Unit at Brigham & Women's Hospital.
