He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Pinkham (Rutherford); his parents, Carleton Pinkham Sr. and Julia Pinkham (Dyer); his stepmother Emma; and his brothers, Carroll Pinkham, Herbert Pinkham, Ivan Pinkham and William Pinkham.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Pinkham and Larry Pinkham; his grandchildren, Michelle McDonald and Michael McDonald; his great grandchild Shawn McDonald of Virginia; his siblings, Earle "Perky" Pinkham (Terrie) of Steuben, Vivian Dean (Pinkham) of South Portland, Rodney Pinkham (Marion) of Steuben, Carleton and Carly; and his wife Judy of Steuben. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
