He is survived by: his siblings, Stephanie of Birch Harbor, Maine, Peter McKenzie of Birch Harbor, Maine, Michael of Birch Harbor, Maine, Teresa Picard of Birch Harbor, Maine, Cheryl Picard of Milford, Maine, Karen Kirchman of Hancock, Maine, Jeffrey Picard of Milford, Connecticut, Rachel, Henry Bluing of Escondido, Joseph and Erna Picard of Harvest, Alabama; and his aunt Lucille. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
