He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Perkins and Beverly Perkins (Ellis); and his sister Janice Perkins. He is survived by: his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Kathy Perkins of Livermore; his sisters, Judy Muse of Florida and Gail; and his brother-in-law Lee Zachte of Washington. He is also survived by 7 nieces and 5 nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
