He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Jacobs Sr. and Loni Caswell Jacobs; his siblings, Rev. Robert Jacobs (Elaine), Rev. Richard Jacobs Jr., Dean Jacobs and Colleen Smith (Harold); his brother-in-law Larry McDonald; his nieces and nephews, Crystal, Robbie, Glenn and Sonia; and his daughter Racheal Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Easley Jacobs; his siblings, Dianne Jacobs Swallow of East Millinocket, Joanne Jacobs McDonald of Medway and Ralph Jacobs (Lori) of Medway; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Jacobs of Vallejo, CA and Paula Beaulieu Jacobs of Limerick.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glad Tidings Church of God (2181 Medway Rd, Medway, ME 04460).
