He is survived by: his friend Bill W; his children, Melissa Crockett, Russel Ireland, Jr. (Heather), Victor Ireland, Gene Lee (Meredith) and Bobbi-Jo Morrison; his stepchildren, Tyra Gantnier (James), Jeremy Hunter, Cindy Hunter and Jack Thompson (Nicole); his siblings, Vernon Ireland (Debi), Herman Ireland (Carol) and Beulah Gooch; his close friend Annette Munson; and his pets, Bandit and Peanut. He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
