She was predeceased by: her son Stephen J. Barlow; her children-in-law, Cynthia Barlow and Roger Devereux; her parents, Custer L. Farnsworth and Zana L. Farnsworth (Pierce); and her sister Barbara "Bobby" Farnsworth Chisholm.
She is survived by: her husband Walter P. Barlow; her children, Larry Barlow (Peggy) of Milford, Chris Devereaux of Framingham, Kevin Barlow of Westboro, Peter Barlow (Sandra) of Holliston and Marianne Dinkel (Lou) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Lee Ann Marien (Paul), Joshua Barlow (Lindsey), Zachary Barlow, Taylor, Nathan Barlow, Cassandra, Lou, Alexis Dinkel and Makayla Moran; her great grandchildren, Allison, Patrick Marien, Vivian and Desmond Barlow; and her sibling Lee "Bill" Farnsworth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
