He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard G. Powers and Lillian B. Powers (Thompson); his pet Molly; his children, Lisa Phillips (Mark) and James Powers, Jr.; his wife Gloria R. Powers (Borello); and his son Timothy Powers. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
