He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Potvin and Viola Potvin (Blanchette); and his siblings, Donald Potvin and Jean Deloge. He is survived by: his wife Kay Potvin; his children, Lorri Cyr (Rick), Lisa McLaughlin (Stanley), Angela Adams (Chris Elkins), Jerry Potvin, Jr. (Erika) and Christopher Potvin (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Rick Jr., Hollie, Mathew, Jessica, Nicole, Nick, Devin, Jericah, Jaime, Lauren, Aaron, Cayden and Carson. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
