We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2019, at the age of 81, Dorothy Day (Medway, Maine), born in East Millinocket, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Burleigh (Barrows) and Edmond Burleigh; her husband Morris Day Sr.; her son Morris Day Jr. Her; and her siblings, Henry, Clarissa, Lucy, Lula, Lila, Leland, Wallace, Francis and Sylvia.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Machia; and her sisters, Bernice and Carol. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
