He is survived by: his children, Scott (Sandy), Sheila (Rob), Tami (Michael) and Melody (Mark Havener); his grandchildren, Tory Kilgore, Peter (Sadie), Sarah Havener Brown and Ashley (Matt); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Amelia, Alden, Cove, Matilda and August; his brother Wayne Smith (Ann); and his fiancée Linda Violette.
