He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Stacy Ballard (Stacy); his children-in-law, Ronda Ballard and Gary Gravel; his father Harlan Ballard; his in-laws, James and Dorothy Plummer; and his brothers-in-law, Preston Plummer and Randall Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Plummer; his children, Michelle, Michael (Jen), Melissa (Jim), Mark (Tammy), Rosalie (Roger) and Terri (Phillip); and his sister Sherry Gerrish. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren; 5 Great Great Grandchildren; many brothers and sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Androscoggin Home Healthcare and Hospice 15 Strawberry Avenue, Lewiston, Maine 04240 would be appreciated.
