He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Bowie and Leona Bowie (Vanna); his wife Donna (Dyer); and his siblings, Shirley, Sandra and John.
He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Parsons; his children, Ernest Bowie and Heather Moon; his siblings, Mary Vermette of Stores, CT and Ernest Bowie Jr. (Beverly) of Portland; and his granddaughters, Sierra and Cheyenne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
