Though Nelson may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Peters and Mable Peters (Pelletier) of Lewiston; his siblings, Rose, Stanley, Norm and Ben; and his granddaughter Alice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda (David Bisson) of Mexico and Diane (Dale Jewell) of Mechanic Falls, Maine; his sister Marie Boucher; and his friends, Sally Aroson and Linda Labonte. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren.
