He was predeceased by: his father Ashley Rowe. He is survived by: his mother Julianne Rowe (Fickett); his wife Lisa A. Rowe; his daughter Cheyenne Rowe (Joshua Sullivan); his brothers, James A. Rowe (Lisa) and Andrew L. Rowe (Dawn Brooks); his uncle Dale "Butch" Rowe; his great-nephew Rowan; and his mother-in-law Claire Patterson.
