She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lezotte and Helen Lezotte (Henderson); her husband John Carr; her son Allen; and her siblings, Dorothy, Clarence, Herbert, Harry and Carl.
She is survived by: her friends, Patti, Phyllis and Polly; her sons, Steven Carr (Darlene) and Kenneth Carr; her siblings, Mary, Fred (Reba), Harriet (Bob), Nancy (Wayne), Addie (Jules) and Kim (Christina); her grandchildren, Kristi Buswell (Rodney), John Carr (Melissa), Steven Carr Jr. (Kristie), Brandon Zintner, Chevy Carr, Caprice Carr and Steven Carr; her great grandchildren, Morgan Birch, Ethyn, Mackenzie Buswell, Madylyn Kizitaff, Tyler, Michaela Buswell, Myles Buswell, Mataya Buswell, Macey Buswell, MaKenna Buswell, Miranda Buswell, Ainsley Carr, Delaney Carr, Ashley Carr, Megan Carr and Steven D. Carr III; and her great great grandchildren, Adley and Everly Birch.
