He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Smith and Ruby Smith (Webber); and his siblings, Floyd Smith of Mapleton, Harvey Smith of Mars Hill, Galen Smith of Mapleton and Ethel Bergman of New Haven, Connecticut..
He is survived by: his wife Marilee Smith (Winslow); his children, Steven Smith (Andrea Bard Smith) of Mapleton, Stuart Smith (Jennifer) and Stacey Smith of Haverhill, MA; his sister Roberta Keirstead (Smith) of Presque Isle; his sister-in-law Joyce Smith; his grandchildren, Hilary, Jesse, Brandon, Meagan, Savannah, Sidney, Brody, Stephen McGrath and Lynn Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Alivia, Austyn, Colton, Ryker, Cade, Scarlett and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
