She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Rice and Helen Rice (Victory); her husband Vinal Turner; and her brother Martin Rice. She is survived by: her children, Dennis (Carla Carney), Terrance (Jamie Turner), Charles (Terri Turner) and Diane Hurless (John); and her brother Phil Rice (Anne). She is also survived by Six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a great-great-granddaughter.
