He was predeceased by: his father Charles M. Putnam. He is survived by: his mother Mildred M. Putnam (Tardie); his wife Karen S. Putnam; his sons, Bryan M. Putnam, Kord D. Putnam (Katharine) and Houston W. Putnam (Jaci); his siblings, Wade Putnam, Charles G. Putnam (Marilyn), Chad Putnam (Roxanne) and Taylor Lee Sr. (Jacqueline); his granddaughters, Khloe, Oaklee and Charlee Putnam; and his close friends, Kendall and Lisa Webber.
