He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Boyles and Lulu Boyles (Curtis); his brother James Boyles; and his brother-in-law Sterling Haynes. He is survived by: his sister Sandra J. Haynes of Caribou; his nieces and nephews, Robin Haynes, Steven and Virginia White (John); his great-niece Samantha White-Guyan (Kevin); his great-nephew Kenneth White (Samantha); his brothers, Bruce, Robert Boyles of Castle Hill and Wallace Boyles (Melody) of Presque Isle; his nephew Josh Boyles; his nieces, Amanda Dyer (Nick) and Katrina McKoy (Chad); his close friend Debbie Willett of Presque Isle; and his sister-in-law Irene Boyles of New Hampshire.
