With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecile A. Bineau of Manchester, Maine, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 6, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Bineau; her brother Lionel Plante; and her great grandchild Waylon St. Onge. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Rokowski (Joseph) and Judith St. Onge (Robert); and her grandchildren, Lauren Farley-Bryant, Kristen Wescott, Janna Leigh and Justin St. Onge (Kelly).
