She was predeceased by: her parents, Remi Cyr and Elizabeth Cyr (Kennedy); her husband Fernand Martin of Frenchville; and her siblings, Edwin Cyr, Frances Turgeon, Sonia Hall and Andrew Cyr.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Martin (Sally) of Colorado Springs, Betty Martin of Madawaska, Patricia Martin of Freeport and Andrew Martin (Gina) of Madawaska; her grandchildren, Heather, Christopher, Nicolette Martin, Alison Bouthilette (Bill), Tyler Remalia (Susan) and Ryan Remalia; her sister Mary Violette (Ontario) of Toronto; and her sisters-in-law, Gilberte Cyr of Oshawa, Ontario, Solange Martin and Jacqueline Atwood of Bristol. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
