It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Pennell Foss of Machias, Maine, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Pennell and Mildred Pennell (Bridges); her siblings, Ken, Fred (Ted), Bill, Clarie, Marie, Irma and Marion; her children-in-law, Ronald Hatt and Connie Foss; and her grandson Randy Hatt.
She is survived by: her husband Warren Foss, Jr.; her children, Beth Hatt of Marshfield, James Foss of Houlton and Judy Morris of Powder Springs, GA.; her grandchildren, Veronica Harriman (Scott) of East Machias, James Foss, Jr. of South Carolina, Jennifer Foss, Katie Morris and Rae Marie Cardell of Georgia; her great grandchildren, Whitney, Ryan, James III, Andi, Bailey, Erin, Maddie and Connor; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson, Eli, Eleanor and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ginnie's memory to a charity of one's choice.
