She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvah Randall and Ethel Randall (Dudley); her husband Ralph Hubert Bates; her daughter Allison Rebecca; and her sister Beverly Randall.

She is survived by: her great-niece Jessica Oakes; and her cousin Ruth (Rick Chaffey).
