Joseph L. Tibbetts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph L. Tibbetts (Machias, Maine), born in Jonesport, Maine, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W. Tibbetts and Mildred Tibbetts (Polley); his wife Sharon; and his son J. J. Tibbetts. He is survived by: his son Mark Tibbetts; and his siblings, Patrick, Bun Ward of Columbia, Dawnette Robbins of Prospect Harbor and Jane Shute of England. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
