He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberton Carter and Arlona Carter. He is survived by: his significant other Janie Carter; his children, Michael Carter (Angel), Donnie Carter (Beth) and Sarah Carter (Rebecca); his siblings, Elaine (Brene) and Lester (Ruth); and his sisters-in-law, Mary (George), Rose (late Keith) and Lisa (Ken). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
