He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbridge G. Brown and Janet Anne Brown (McMahon); and his daughter Alana M. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Brown; his sister Valerie Brown McCadden (Michael, family: Valerie King, McCadden Morse); his mother-in-law Lillian M. Phenicie; and his close friend George Heon. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, and 19 great nieces & nephews.
