It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angelena Myrtle Smith (Machias, Maine), who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald N. Alley; her husband Leon Smith (Bud); her daughters, Betty Ann and June Griffin; her grandson Toby Jay Carver; and her brothers, Harold, Wendell and Ordman Alley.
She is survived by: her children, Patti Carver (Dwight) of Beals and Timmy Smith (Sue) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Angela Merchant of Winthrop, MA, Sandi Carver (Suzanne) of Hampden, Kristi Carver-Kenney (Michael Kenney) of Beals, Tricia Carver (Mark Moran) of Hampden, Katie Griffin of Jonesport, Kai Hatch (Shane) of Owl's Head, Seth Griffin (Terra) of Jonesport and Ross Griffin of Cutler; her great grandchildren, Ella, Maya Carver, Brevan, Makenna Kenney, Cooper, Callie, Caydence, Casey Moran, Amir Leon Mahmoud, Gabriel Leon Griffin, Solomon, Maggie-June Griffin and Chase Leon Hatch; her brother Donnie Alley (Todd Croteau); her sisters-in-law, Joyce Alley and Donna Faye Alley; and her niece Kim Davis.
