She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Chase and Flora Chase (Trask); her husband Lester Stevens; and her siblings, Cecil Chase, Henry Chase Jr., Florence Libby, Pauline Norwood, Joyce Leavitt, Robert Chase and Harold Chase Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Arnold Stevens of Lovell, Ronald Stevens of Hermon, Tony Stevens (Teena) of Palmyra and Carol J. Newton (Donald) of South Paris; her grandchildren, Jacob, Andrew, Samuel, Aaron, Karry, Katie, Kiley, Matthew and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Hunter, Wyatt, River, Charlotte, Rhonan, Caedric, Lux, Adelynn and Chloe; and her brother Terry Chase (Mary Lou). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as other extended family.
