He was predeceased by: his parents, Ormand Gross, Sr. and Myrtilla Gross (Hannan); his wife Doris; and his siblings, Florence "Tink" Plog, Thelma Sanford, Richard Gross and Russell Gross.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Turcotte (Armond); his children, Scott Gross (Lisa Townsend) and Crystal Henry (Jim); and his stepson Irving Soper (Pam) of Livermore. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
