(Jen Johnson) of Monmouth; his stepdaughters, Christine Pooler of Farmingdale and Crystal Pooler of Skowhegan; his grandchildren, Richard Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Landon Knowlton and Sophia Elwell; his sister Julie (Johnson); his husband David Cunningham of Rumford; his niece Savannah Bronk; and his aunt Gail Fickett of Lisbon Falls.
