He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Priest and Florence Priest (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Giles of Livermore Falls; and his children, Scott Giles (Adria) of Lewiston, Chris Giles (Jenny) of Turner, Stephen Cox (Lisa Conley) of Wilton, Jason Cox of Livermore Falls and Candice Phillips (Corey) of Livermore Falls. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, also many cousins.
