He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Roy and Beatrice Delaware Roy; and his siblings, Ronald Roy, Geneva Lee and Patricia Bachelor.
He is survived by: his spouses, Kitty and Lewiston; his children, Louis Jr., Richard Jr., Jeannette Cloutier and Tammy Truman; and his sister Barbara Lee of Millinocket. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
