It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ann Nelson of Livermore Falls, Maine, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie F. Deshaies and Emma Deshaies (Lacroix); her husband Richard H. "Dickie" Nelson; her son Michael "Spike" Nelson; her siblings, Wilma Roy, Pauline Richard, Bernice DiSotto, Jeannie Bryant and Willie "Bill" Deshaies; her sister-in-law Cheryl Deshaies; and her son-in-law Dale Bessey.
She is survived by: her children, Candy Bessey of Jay, Judy Farrington (Robert) of Jay and Richard "Buddy" Nelson, Jr. (Cindy) of Lewiston; her daughter-in-law Diane Nelson of Manchester; her sister Elaine Doiron of Livermore Falls; and her niece Jackie Horton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (1 Church St, Jay, ME 04239).
