She is survived by: her husband Vernon Cook; her children, Suzanne Fournier (Timothy) and Kevin Cook (Patricia) of Livermore Falls; her granddaughters, Erika Jariwala (Gautam) of South Portland, Danielle Fournier (David Young) of South Portland and Kristen Fournier of Livermore Falls; and her great grandchild Kendall Fournier of Livermore Falls. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
